This Privacy Policy explains the data collection and use practices operated by Streetscape Social Enterprise Ltd, ‘Streetscape’. By using this site, you signify your assent to our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and honouring the integrity of your personal information. We do not sell any information collected through this site to others, nor do we pass on any information to other parties unless you expressly give us your consent to do so.

Personal Information
We only collect personal information from you when you:
1) Register for our newsletter. This information is requested with the sole intention of sending you the monthly newsletter and, occasionally, an ad-hoc newsletter with important information. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you should not sign up to the newsletter. Should you wish to unsubscribe, this can be done at any time by selecting unsubscribe on either the newsletter, on the automated email received on receipt of signing up to the newsletter, or on the newsletter page on the website. We will then remove you from our database and not send you any further communications.
If you choose to follow Streetscape on Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn, we will not collate your personal information to send you any communications beyond standard updates on each of the social networking sites. None of this information will be stored on our database unless you give your express permission.
2) Make a donation to Streetscape. For online donations, we use the service provided by bmycharity.com. Please refer to their privacy policy for details.
On making a donation you are giving us your consent to collect and process your personal data for the purpose of processing your donation. If you have made a gift aid declaration we will ensure that this is passed to HM Revenue and Customs for the purpose of reclaiming tax on behalf of Streetscape. Your gift aid declaration includes your name and home address, which may be different from your billing address, along with the confirmation that you are paying sufficient amount of tax for the current tax year. Every time you make a donation, you will be given the option to receive further information from Streetscape, via our newsletter.
In the case of 1) and 2) we will not pass on any personal details to any other charity or organisation unless you expressly give us your consent to do so.

We do not collect any other information from you.
